A real work visa starts with a real employer. In Pakistan, only Overseas Employment Promoters licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BE&OE) may recruit for jobs abroad — check any agent at beoe.gov.pk, and register with the Protector of Emigrants before you travel for work. Be wary of anyone asking for large payments for a visa “guarantee”, a quota place, or turning a visit visa into a work visa.
